Chevron Scarf.

I’ve received a couple of questions about the Chevron Scarf I made for my mother, so here are the instructions for it. Please feel free to ask me if you don’t understand the pattern or if you find any mistakes. I’m new with writing patterns… Gauge is not important with this scarf. Yarns ·          Garnstudio DROPS Alpaca 125 grams 2.5 skeins = 455.0 yards (416.1m) (Colorway 302) ·          Garnstudio DROPS Alpaca Silk 72 grams 2.9 skeins = 443.7 yards (405.7m) (Colorway 5) You could use any two fingering weight yarn to replace the aforementioned or maybe knit with just one strand of aran weight yarn… Needles ·          size 8 or 5.0 mm circ needles of preferred length Instructions Using both yarns CO 47 sts with size 8 / 5.0 mm needles. I used long tail method casting on. Start the 1x1 ribbing (see below) 1x1 ribbing RS: S 1 as if to knit, *p 1, k 1*, repeat *-* until the end o

I finished the Knoll mittens as well as my Seasons Hat. The inspiration for the colors of the hat came from the frosty, snowy January days with scarce daylight, I'm actually really happy how it turned out. (The Seasons Hat pattern is by Jared Flood, you can find it on Ravelry.) Now I'll make us some brunch and then we'll start to paint the wall, things are happening!
